  • OUR WINES

Our products are born from a precise vision of organic wine in Lucca, founded on respect for the land and the natural balance of the vineyard. All our wines are made from certified organic farms and vinified through natural fermentations at controlled temperatures, a technical choice that allows us to preserve the original characteristics of the grapes and the identity of the Lucca terroir.

The rows feature a wide variety of cultivars, a tangible testament to the biodiversity that characterizes our vineyards. This ampelographic richness is a distinctive feature of organic wine production in Lucca, as it allows us to keep alive the local tradition of cultivating different varieties on the same plot.

The production comprises three base wines—a white and two reds—that authentically express the terroir and are in keeping with the Lucca tradition, historically focused on wines made from multiple grape varieties grown together. Completing the range is a single-varietal Syrah, a blend that showcases the grape's potential in the soil and climate of the Lucca hills.

    PINE CONES BORDO'

Produced in the Maolina area with a predominance of Sangiovese and Canaiolo grapes. Other blends are present in smaller quantities, such as Moscato d'Amburgo, Ciliegiolo, Aleatico, and other local varieties preserved in the old vineyards. It is a typical organic "Lucca" wine, from a historic cru, an expression of soils suited to viticulture due to their composition and exposure. The many grape varieties grown here yield a wine of such complexity that it defies any pedantic classification. The type of aging is decided depending on the vintage.

    RYE

Produced in the San Macario in Monte area, with a predominantly Sangiovese grape. Ciliegiolo, Canaiolo, Sirah, Moscato Rosa, Aleatico, and other local cultivars are also present in smaller quantities.

This is a complex, elegant organic wine from Lucca, with spicy notes directly influenced by the mineral-rich soil and the aromatic blends. The 500-meter altitude and the splendid sea-facing exposure, which provides greater luminosity and optimal ventilation, guarantee ideal fruit ripening.

The refinement usually involves a part in steel and a part in wood but even in this case it is decided based on the vintage.

    YELLOW PINE CONES

Made with Maolina grapes and a small percentage of San Macario in Monte grapes, this white wine is vinified in the French style. The grapes are predominantly Vermentino and Trebbiano, with small percentages of Grechetto, Moscato, Malvasia, and other local grapes. Aged on the lees, the wine is aged exclusively in stainless steel and bottled. It is a unique white wine among Lucca's white wines. Its unusual aromas and flavor are due to the small percentages of aromatic grapes, which give it pleasant fruity and floral notes.

    PALM FIELD

Produced with a unique grape, recovered from abandonment that the elders in Lucca called Buriano Bianco, it is a single-varietal white.

In 1687, in his "Bacco in Toscana", Francesco Redi cites it as a grape for excellent wine.

Vinified in the French style, it is then aged on the lees for several months, before being aged in amphorae for at least a year. This is a white wine with a truly distinctive personality. It has a long finish, is savory, has citrus notes, and is slightly mineral.

It surprises those who taste it for the first time because it eludes easy categorization.

Without a doubt, this is the wine that symbolizes our philosophy of recovering and enhancing the terroir.
